When you contact us

We collect the name, email, business name and message you submit to respond to your enquiry or arrange a demo. We keep the request in our database and send a notification to our team. A hashed network address helps limit spam. Please don’t include passwords, payment information or sensitive customer records.

Services we use

Railway hosts the website, Supabase stores requests, Resend delivers email notifications and Namecheap provides our business mailbox. These services process information needed to provide those functions.

Using the app

The app uses authentication cookies and stores business knowledge, quotes and conversations you provide. Connected services process data required for features you enable. OpenAI processes information for AI features; email and SMS providers deliver the messages you authorize. Only upload information you are entitled to use.

Your choices

The marketing page does not use advertising trackers. Contact form consent covers responding to your request, not a mailing-list subscription. To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for further contact, email hello@usepursuo.com. We may need to verify your identity and retain records where required for legal or security reasons.
